- Information you provide directly. When you submit our free guide form or apply for agency partnership, we collect your full name, email address, and, where provided, your Clapper App username or social handle.
- Application information. If you apply for agency partnership through our external application form, additional information you provide there (such as your creator profile, content niche, or platform statistics) is collected and processed according to the terms of that form provider, in addition to this policy.
- Automatically collected information. Our website and form infrastructure may automatically log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and device information, primarily for spam prevention and security purposes.
We do not currently use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels on this site beyond what our hosting and form infrastructure providers apply by default. If that changes, we will update this policy.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your application or inquiry and evaluate your eligibility for agency partnership
- Deliver requested resources, such as our free creator guide

Clapper App. StreamHouse Global is an authorized Clapper Global Agency partner, but we are a separate company from Clapper. Any information you provide directly to Clapper through the Clapper App is governed by Clapper's own privacy policy, not this one. We do not control, and are not responsible for, Clapper's data practices.
5. Marketing Communications
By submitting a form on this site, you agree to receive marketing communications from StreamHouse Global, including emails, SMS messages, and WhatsApp messages, about creator opportunities, platform updates, coaching programs, and promotional offers.
You may opt out of email communications at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email we send. To opt out of SMS or WhatsApp messages, reply STOP to any message you receive. Message and data rates may apply.

A rule we hold ourselves to: StreamHouse Global will never ask you for your Clapper App password or login codes.

Our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will take steps to delete it.
