These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of clapperagency.com and any application, communication, or partnership process with StreamHouse Global ("StreamHouse," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or applying for agency partnership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to apply for agency partnership with StreamHouse Global or to use Clapper App. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are reviewed at StreamHouse's discretion, and partnership is subject to approval.
3. Description of Service
StreamHouse Global is an authorized Clapper Global Agency partner. We provide creator development services, including onboarding support, compliance education, and monetization guidance, to eligible Clapper App creators who are accepted into our partnership program. We also offer certain free resources, such as our earnings calculator and downloadable guide, without requiring agency partnership.
StreamHouse currently operates on a 0% agency fee model for accepted partners, with additional premium support services available separately for creators who want extra hands-on assistance. Details of any paid services will be disclosed to you directly before you are charged for them.
4. Our Relationship With Clapper
StreamHouse Global is a separate, independently operated company from Clapper. Our status as an authorized Clapper Global Agency partner means we operate under an agreement with Clapper, not that we are able to speak for Clapper, alter Clapper's platform policies, or guarantee any specific outcome on the Clapper App. Your use of the Clapper App itself is governed by Clapper's own terms of service, which you can find within the Clapper App or at Clapper's official website.
5. No Guarantee of Earnings
Any figures, bonus tiers, examples, or testimonials referenced on our website are illustrative and reflect potential outcomes under specific, often best-case, circumstances. They are not a promise, guarantee, or representation of the income any individual creator will earn. Actual earnings depend on many factors outside StreamHouse's control, including your content, audience, consistency, and Clapper's own platform policies, which may change at any time. Past results of other creators do not guarantee your results.
6. Bonus Programs & Monetization Features
Clapper's native platform bonuses and StreamHouse's agency-funded bonus programs, including the StreamHouse Performance Cash Bonuses described on our website, are subject to eligibility requirements, ongoing performance criteria, and approval. Enrollment in one program does not guarantee eligibility for another. All bonus tiers, incentive structures, and program terms are subject to change at any time, without prior notice, by StreamHouse, by Clapper, or by both.
Not every monetization feature described on our website is available to every creator immediately. Some require Clapper's own eligibility criteria (such as follower count or verification status) or StreamHouse's approval before they unlock.
7. Your Responsibilities
If you become a StreamHouse partner, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information in your application and throughout our partnership
- Comply with Clapper's community guidelines and terms of service
- Maintain the consistency and engagement standards communicated to you as part of your partnership
- Never share your Clapper App password or login codes with anyone, including StreamHouse staff. We will never ask you for them.
8. Intellectual Property
The Clapper name, logo, and related trademarks are the property of Clapper and are used on our website under our partnership agreement. All other content on clapperagency.com, including our own branding, copy, and design, is the property of StreamHouse Global unless otherwise noted.
9. Disclaimers
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreamHouse Global will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, including any loss of earnings, opportunities, or data.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate a creator's partnership at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, Clapper's community guidelines, or platform policy. You may also end your partnership with us at any time by contacting us.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or continued partnership after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
